Centre for Disability Development Research, Law and Policy was established by University Senate to accelerate this worldwide trend and give it further direction in terms of Disability action plan, policy and provide clear strategic direction on Disability and Development in Developing countries and the Centre is incorporated in the Republic of South Africa under Certificate number 2012/006998/08 as Non Profit Company.
